Beware sellers and buyers, too, of Coldwell Banker Realty Group in Evansville. They specialize in excuses rather than marketing and showing your property. When a seller calls them to task about lack of activity and marketing practice, they charge $1000 to be released from selling agreement. Do not sign a 6 month agreement nor agree to reduced commission. They give poor customer service and excuses….nothing more!!!
